Robinson Talks Super Bowl, Penn State, Lombardi
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Former Penn State football player Dave Robinson joined Seibel & Starkey on Radio Row at Super Bowl XLV.
Robinson discussed what it was like to play for two legendary coaches, Joe Paterno and Vince Lombardi.
Robinson also said that he knows how great of a football town Pittsburgh is, but he believes nowhere is better than Green Bay when it comes to supporting their team.
During his career in the NFL, Robinson played in one of the classic Super Bowl games: The Ice Bowl.
Robinson said the game was so cold that the officials whistle's stuck to their lips and the band couldn't play their instruments because they froze as well.
