Report: Tomlin Says "Tell Jacoby He's Safe" In Week Two Rematch

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - In his teleconference with the Baltimore media, Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin joked about last year's gaffe, which found him in the field of play during a Jacoby Jones kickoff return and subsequently cost the Ravens a touchdown.

As Ryan Wilson of CBSSports.com writes, Tomlin talked about last years incident that cost him a $100,000 fine from the league, but added that he takes full responsibility for his actions.

Tomlin's actions initially brought about a punishment from the league that would cost the team a draft pick, but that version of the punishment was later rescinded.

The Steelers enter Thursday night's game with a record of 1-0 and will look to put a little extra space between them and their division rival as the Ravens opened the season with a week one loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

You can hear more from Tomlin on this weeks matchup here as the Steelers head coach said they must be better this week than they were in the opener if they want to move their record to 2-0.
