PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- President Obama continues to draw criticism for his handling of the conflict in Libya. However, the tune has changed. Last week, the voices of those who believe President Obama needed to "get out in front" of the Libyan situation were heard loud and clear.
