Public Viewing Held For Chuck Noll
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Chuck Noll passed away at his home Friday night at the age of 82.
He won four Super Bowls and was an iconic figure in Pittsburgh.
Sunday night, a public visitation was held in Shadyside at Freyvogel Sons Funeral Home.
The visitation took place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Many Steeler greats stopped by and showed their respects for the legendary coach.

"The world today strives from mediocrity," said former player Jon Kolb. "The world strives to be average and Chuck, with the first Super Bowl, was whatever it takes."
Others remembered him as Chuck Noll the legend.
"All of this is his legacy," said Lynn Swann. "The attitude of the Pittsburgh Steelers and their goals and how they comport themselves in the public and on the football field is all on the foundation that Chuck built."
He was also remembered as a friend and mentor.
"I loved the man for who he was," said Robin Cole. "I mean, the way he was, he was a very stern person, he was serious about the things that he talked about, some of the things that he did. He always talked -- shared with us to prepare for our life after football. He used to share something that I used to think was funny all the time, he said, 'They can't pay you enough.'"
There will be two visitations Monday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday morning at St. Paul Cathedral in Oakland.
Fans have also created a small makeshift memorial for Noll outside of Heinz Field with a Terrible Towel and other Steelers memorabilia.
