The teen is a 9th grade student at Gateway High School.
She was last seen at her mother's house on Highland Avenue. She told her family she was going to a friend's house and never returned.
George Burke told KDKA the girl has left before but has never been gone this long.
"Loren, wherever you are at, please call. Don't be scared, I know you are scared but that doesn't matter right now, just want you home," the father pleaded.
"We love you. We just want you to come home and we want you to be safe and we're not mad. We just want you home," aunt Aretha Burke said.
Pitcairn Police Chief Scott Farally said social media is the best tool right now.
"At this time the Pitcairn Police have entered her in the system as a runaway. We are also screening Facebook and speaking to her parents."
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call Pitcairn Police at (412) 372-6505.
