Police Search For Suspect In Gas Station Robbery
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are searching for a man who robbed the Shell gas station in Bellevue Borough.
It happened around 4 p.m. Sunday in the 4500-block of Ohio River Boulevard.
Surveillance video shows the suspect parking several businesses away and walking over to the gas station.
Police say he pointed a small, black pistol at the clerk and demanded money.
He then fled to his vehicle and was seen traveling southbound on Ohio River Boulevard toward Pittsburgh.
He was driving a white "work type" van with sliding doors.
The suspect is described as a white, 40-year-old male, medium build and about 6 feet tall.
