Police Release Sketch Of Alleged Sex Assault Suspect

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Pittsburgh Police are asking for the public's help to find a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on the South Side last month.

The attack happened around 1:30 a.m. on June 11 near the woman's home on Sidney Street.

According to police, the woman was walking toward her home when the man grabbed her from behind, threw her on the ground and assaulted her.

She told police the attacker was white, 25 to 30-years-old and about 6-feet tall with blond hair.

He took off in a red, older-model Honda Accord, which was parked on 26th Street.

The victim told police two other men were in the car.
