Police Release Description Of 2nd Suspect In Clairton Incident
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Authorities have released a description of a second person they believe may have been involved in a violent home invasion in Clairton.
Officer James Kuzak remains in critical condition at UPMC Mercy Hospital today after he was shot three times while responding to the incident Monday night.
Allegheny County Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the second suspect.
Police describe him as a bi-racial male with a light complexion with dark, shoulder-length hair in a braided ponytail. He is believed to be in his early 20s.
Police say he has a thin build and is about five-feet-nine-inches tall and 150 pounds.
On Tuesday, police arrested Myles Hutchinson, 21, of McKeesport, in connection with the crime. According to police, Hutchinson is refusing to give information to investigators about an alleged accomplice.
He is facing a list of charges including, six counts of recklessly endangering another person; four counts each of robbery, aggravated assault and unlawful restraint; two counts of assault of a law enforcement officer and one count each of criminal conspiracy, criminal contempt, indecent assault and burglary.
Police are following several leads in the case at this time.
