Police: Pa. Man Watched As Girlfriend Raped Boy, 12
SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (AP) - Police say a central Pennsylvania man watched as his girlfriend raped a 12-year-old boy and then had sex with her in front of the boy.
Zachary Griggs was charged Tuesday with three conspiracy charges in connection with the alleged 2011 assault.
The 30-year-old Southampton Township was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail and could not be reached for comment. His lawyer didn't immediately return message.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 2.
Police tell PennLive Griggs took off his clothes as he watched girlfriend Tiffiany Rodriguez undress and rape the boy. Police say he then had sex with the now 23-year-old Rodriguez.
Rodriguez is serving 6-12 years in state prison after pleading guilty to rape of a child in September 2013.
