Police: New Castle Woman Fatally Shot During Fight Over Cell Phone
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police have released new details about a shooting that left a New Castle woman dead.
Police say Robert Johns shot Amanda Seman in the face Tuesday night during during an argument over a cell phone.
Johns told police Seman took his phone when he refused to give her money for drugs.
He ways he shot her when she wouldn't give it back.
Seman's mother called police Friday after she hadn't heard from her daughter in a few days.
That's when police found her body and Johns admitted to shooting her.
