Police Investigating Bellevue Bank Robbery
BELLEVUE (KDKA) –Police are investigating a Wednesday morning bank robbery in Bellevue.
According to emergency dispatchers, the incident happened at the First Niagara Bank in the 400-block of Lincoln Avenue around 9 a.m.
The suspect entered the bank and demanded money. While fleeing the scene, he dropped an undisclosed amount of money in the street, which he had just taken from the bank.
The suspect is described as being an African-American man wearing a dark-colored, hooded-sweatshirt with dark pants.
The suspect had a thin build, stands about six-feet tall and was believed to be in his 20s.
