Police Forced To Use Taser On Unruly WVU Fan
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. (KDKA) – Police were called in after one West Virginia University fan got out of hand following the WVU – Oklahoma game Saturday night.
YouTube video posted shows the man having to be subdued by several police officers.
Witnesses say the man punched another person before police intervened.
That's when you can see police holding the man down, but he continues to struggle.
After a few minutes police are forced to use a Taser on the man to subdue him.
No word on the charges he is facing.
West Virginia faced Oklahoma in their Big 12 opener Saturday night.
West Virginia lost the game 45-33 despite being tied with the Sooners at halftime.
Oklahoma won its eighth straight game dating to last season and its 11th road game in 12 tries.
The Sooners and Mountaineers are the only Big 12 teams not playing this week.
