Police Chase Suspect On The Run Again
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A man who led police on a chase over the weekend is on the run again after walking out of a Pittsburgh hospital.
According to police, 28-year-old Jermaine Titus led police on a chase from East Pittsburgh, down the Parkway East and into Oakland.
Titus took off after police attempted to pull him over on Sunday.
During the chase, Titus and a passenger bailed out of the vehicle at the Bates Street off-ramp.
Titus was hit by a car as he tried to get away and was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He then somehow walked out of the hospital and is still on the run.
The passenger in the vehicle was not found.
Titus is facing several charges for narcotics, traffic violations and fleeing from police.
