PNC Park Opens Its Gates So Fans Can Watch Game 2
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Although today's Pirates game won't be on TBS, Bucco fans can still catch the Game 2 action without traveling to St. Louis.
If you can make it to the North Shore, fans can watch the game on the 35-foot-tall big screen at PNC Park for free.
The gates opened at noon and the first pitch is set for 1:07 p.m. This time fans will be able to watch from inside the park, as opposed to Thursday night, where fans watched outside on Federal Street.
The Pirates are also handing out blue wristbands from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday. If you get a wristband and the Pirates call your number, you will be the first one in line to buy tickets to the National League Championship Series.
Those tickets go on sale Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
You can pick up a wristband by the box office on Federal Street. The winning number will be picked at 9 a.m.
If you can't make it to the North Shore for today's game, you can also listen to it on 93-7 The Fan here: http://betaplayer.radio.com.
