Pittsburgh Fire Chief Darryl Jones Named City's New Emergency Management Coordinator

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire Chief Darryl Jones has been named the city's new Emergency Management Coordinator.

Chief Jones will supervise the Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security in addition to his role as the head of the city's Bureau of Fire.

The news of the appointment was announced in a press release Monday morning.

Chief Jones has served as the head of the Bureau of Fire since 2007.
