University Of Pittsburgh To House Some Students In Hotels Near Campus
OAKLAND (KDKA) - The University of Pittsburgh is planning to use multiple hotels near campus to house some of its students this fall.
The plan was approved by the Board of Trustees Property and Facilities Committee.
This will allow the school to reduce density in the dorms while honoring students' housing guarantees.
It is not known which hotels will be used.
The cost of this plan is an estimated $22 million.
