Pitt Remains No. 4 In AP Top 25 Poll
PITTSBURGH (KDKA/AP) - For the second straight week, Ohio State remains the unanimous choice for No. 1 in the AP Top 25.
The top five teams also remained the same. In order, Kansas, Texas, Pitt and Duke round out the top five.
UConn dropped from No. 6 to No. 10 after losing to Syracuse last week. San Diego State, BYU and Notre Dame all moved up one spot in the rankings from last week.
The Villanova Wildcats jumped from No. 12 to No. 9 to round out the Top 10.
The Big East Conference remains the dominant conference in the polls. Joining Pitt, Notre Dame, Villanova and UConn are No. 11 Georgetown, No. 12 Syracuse, No. 16 Louisville and No. 25 West Virginia.
The Cincinnati Bearcats were ranked No. 22 last week, but dropped out of the Top 25 after Saturday's loss to Pitt.
