7 Pitt Football Players Will Not Attend Game Against Austin Peay Due To COVID-Related Protocols

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department has said that seven football players would not be in attendance for their season opener against Austin Peay.
University of Pittsburgh's Athletic Department said their absences are due to COVID-related protocols.
The team did not specify which players would not be held out of the game.
