Pitt Football Announces Season-Opening Game Start Time
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - The much-anticipated debut of the Pat Narduzzi era at Pitt finally has a start time.
Narduzzi and the Panthers will get their first season together started on Saturday, September 5th against the Youngstown State Penguins at 1 p.m.
The Panthers will kickoff their 126th season in school history and third season in the ACC when they welcome the visiting Penguins.
This game will mark the beginning of two new eras as Youngstown State is now coached by former Nebraska head coach Bo Pelini.
The start time for Pitt's October 29th home game against North Carolina has also been announced. The Panthers and Tar Heels will meet at 7 p.m. for a nationally televised Thursday night matchup on ESPN.
