Pitt Football Announces Date With Notre Dame, Releases Full Schedule
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Pitt Football has announced their schedule and dates for the first season under new head coach Pat Narduzzi.
This year's schedule features six games at Heinz Field with the opener coming Week 1 against Youngstown State and the marquee matchup against Notre Dame.
Pitt also finds themselves in the national spotlight with a Thursday night game at North Carolina and a Friday matchup vs. Miami, both of which will be televised on an ESPN platform.

- Oct. 3 - at Virginia Tech* (ACC Opener)
- Oct. 10 - Virginia*
- Oct. 17 - at Georgia Tech*
- Oct. 24 - at Syracuse*
- Oct. 29 (Thursday) - vs North Carolina*
- Nov. 7 - vs Notre Dame
- Nov. 14 - at Duke*
- Nov. 21 - vs Louisville*
- Nov. 27 (Friday) - vs Miami*

Narduzzi released a statement through the university about his excitement for the upcoming season.
"This has been a really energizing month at Pitt and the announcement of our upcoming schedule is one more reason to be excited," Narduzzi said. "It is our goal to make Heinz Field one of the toughest places to play in the country. I really love the passion of our fans and we're looking forward to seeing them out in full force at Heinz this fall."
Times and television arrangements for the Pitt football season will be announced at a later date.
