Pitt Assistant Coach Breaks Down Play Of Talib Zanna & Steven Adams
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) -- Former Pitt hoops star and current Assistant Coach Brandin Knight joined Starkey and Miller on Sports Radio 93-7 The FAN to talk about the teams play so far this year, and the way their big men have contributed.
Knight talked about the development of power forward Talib Zanna pointing out that he's not just one of their best athletes, but also one of the most skilled players.
According to Knight, the language barrier was tough for Zanna at times trying to communicate with teammates.
With Steven Adams, Knight talks about the team challenging him to get better on both the offensive and defensive ends.
Knight thinks the scoring will come with Adams as the guards do a better job of looking inside for him, and when Adams starts demanding it more.
