Pirates' Center Fielder Andrew McCutchen Making Push For Cover of MLB '13 The Show
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) -- Pirates All-Star Andrew McCutchen joined Starkey and Miller on Sports Radio 93-7 The FAN to talk about getting on the cover of the video game "MLB '13 The Show" and the upcoming season.
McCutchen also delved into his frustration over how the last two seasons have ended saying he knows it's hard for the fans who have endured all the losing seasons, but wants them to know it's even harder on the players.
McCutchen admitted he'll be missing closer Joel Hanrahan this season after he got traded to the Boston Red Sox, adding that you miss any guy you've played with for a while after he gets traded.
We wrapped things up with McCutchen talking about the year Pedro Alvarez had, and how the two will push each other this off-season as they train together.
