Pineapple Baked Beans and Kielbasa

Pineapple Baked Beans and Kielbasa
Ingredients:
2 pounds all-beef Kielbasa – cut into 1" chunks
4 (16-ounce) cans baked beans
2 (8-ounce) cans pineapple chunks
2 chopped medium onions
2 chopped red peppers
2 minced garlic cloves
2 cups Barbecue Sauce (see recipe below)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Barbecue Sauce Recipe:
1 1/2 cups Heinz® Ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Heinz® Apple Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons Heinz® Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation--
Barbecue Sauce:
1. Bring all ingredients to boil in heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
Pineapple Baked Beans and Kielbasa:
1. Place all ingredients, including barbecue sauce mixture, in a 5-quart slow cooker.
2. Mix well, cover, and cook on low for 4 hours.
