Pierre McGuire Gives Insight To What Took Place Between The Benches During Pens-Flyers
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) -- NBC NHL Analyst Pierre McGuire talked with Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN about being between the coaches going at it during the Pens-Flyers game, and filled us in on what was said.
McGuire speculated that if Flyers Head Coach Peter Laviolette could have gotten to Dan Bylsma, he probably would have fought him.
We talked with McGuire about what took place between Sidney Crosby and Brayden Schenn during the game leading up to the scuffle that took place, as well as Joe Vitale's hit on Daniel Briere, and McGuire said everything Vitale did was clean.
McGuire also looked at the play of Marc-Andre Fleury and whether or not he might be tiring out right now.
We wrapped things up with Pierre getting his thoughts on the Pens five forward power play unit, as well as the Flyers success at the Consol and who would be favored if the two meet in the first round of the playoffs.
