Peter Taglianetti Talks Bad Blood With Flyers/Pens
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Former Penguin, Peter Taglianetti joined the Fan Morning Show on Monday to talk about the madness that ensued Sunday afternoon in the Penguins contest against the Flyers at Consol Energy Center.
The Penguins have been struggling, but Peter says the problems they are having are "not physical mistakes, it's mental mistakes. And, you can always fix those."
As the melee erupted shortly after the Joe Vitale hit on Danny Briere, Peter says that he will give Flyers coach, Peter Laviolette a pass because he played with him and knows he is a good guy. However, the Vitale hit was completely clean, and the Flyer players were the ones who instigated the fight that followed.
