Pennsylvania Grandmother Going Viral With Snow Angel Video
CRAWFORD COUNTY (KDKA)- A Pennsylvania grandmother had quite a blast celebrating her 85th birthday.
The video of Betty Ritchie celebrating her birthday by doing snow angels has gone viral.
Betty was making the snow angels near Titusville, in Crawford County, back in January.
Her kids say she has always had a playful personality. Betty's daughter Sherry Proper Spangler posted the video on Facebook on Jan. 30. It has since gone viral, with more than one million people viewing it.
Spangler says the video has made Betty sort of a local celebrity.
Her kids are happy the video is making so many others feel so good.
Her daughter told Today.com that this video has a lot of meaning for the family. She says Betty has been down in the dumps since one of her daughters died last August. The family thinks this positive video has boosted the 85-year-old's spirits.
