Coronavirus In Pennsylvania: Penn State Reports On-Campus Case Of COVID-19
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (KDKA) - A case of COVID-19 has been confirmed on Penn State's campus.
Penn State University announced Tuesday afternoon that the first case of coronavirus had been confirmed on campus.
The university says a "great majority" of the community is currently working and learning remotely. Because of the coronavirus outbreak, Penn State moved in-person classes online for the rest of the semester.
As of Tuesday at noon, the Pennsylvania Department of Health reported 851 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state.
