Penguins Unveil New Winter Classic Jersey
The Pittsburgh Penguins unveiled the new 2011 NHL Bridgestone Winter Classic jersey. The new jersey has a logo that was the Pens original logo from their 1967-68 inaugural season. However that logo was never worn on a uniform.
These new Winter Classic jerseys will be available for sale, the week of Nov. 15. The team plans on wearing the new jerseys beyond the Jan. 1 Winter Classic. The team plans on wearing them on Feb. 10 vs. Los Angeles and March 12 vs. Montreal, both home games.
