Outbound Squirrel Hill Tunnel To Close For Weekend Work
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A major weekend construction project will impact traffic around town.
The outbound side of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel will be closed from 11 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday.
Traffic will have to exit at Squirrel Hill and detour through neighborhoods.
Crews are going to start removing the ceiling, just like they did last year in the inbound side.
More weekend closures can be expected through April.
