NFL Network's Rich Eisen On Peyton Manning: "I Expect Him To Be The Same Old Same Old"
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) -- NFL Network Analyst Rich Eisen joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN in Pittsburgh to preview the upcoming NFL season, and what he expects to see from Peyton Manning when the Steelers line up across from him this Sunday night.
Eisen said Manning looked good in the third preseason game, but the preseason is a totally different ball of wax, and he "want(s) to see him take the first hit, and see what he does after that."
That being said, Eisen added Manning plays the game from the neck up better than anybody else, and expects him to regain his previous form.
All that being said, Eisen said he's never surprised by anything in the NFL, and that the Steelers-Broncos matchup could go either way and he wouldn't be shocked.
Eisen also told us about a t-shirt he has created that is probably near and dear to our very own Josh Miller.
