PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) - About seven years ago, Matt Mahoy, a construction worker, was drawn to New Orleans after hearing about how much devastation there was after Hurricane Katrina and decided to go there to help.
He loved the city so much, that he stayed there.
Now, Hurricane Isaac is battering the city, and he is literally living in the middle of New Orleans.
