Man Dies In Motorcycle Accident In Green County

WAYNESBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- One person was killed in a motorcycle accident in Green County.
Police say that Ryan D. Neel, 43, of Carmichaels, Pa., died in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon at approximately 2:43 p.m.
The accident occurred on Shortcut Road in Jefferson Township.
Investigators say that Neel was traveling north when he lost control of his motorcycle and left the road. The motorcycle struck an embankment, ejecting Neel from the bike where he reportedly struck a tree.
The cause of the accident and manner of death are pending investigation.
