Monroeville Newlyweds Heading To Cincinnati For Steelers-Bengals Playoff Game
MONROEVILLE (KDKA) -- It's the game that Steelers Nation has been waiting for all week. Fans are getting ready to take on Cincinnati, never to look back.
Kim and Brian Kamenicky, of Monroeville, are heading to the Queen City bright and early Saturday morning with their Terrible Towels in hand.
"Playoff football is great; I can't wait," Brian Kamenicky said.
KDKA's Rich Walsh Reports from Cincinnati:
Kim's company is headquartered in Cincinnati and she wound up getting two tickets through work.
"I emailed my manager in Cincinnati and he said he had two extras if I wanted to go and had a hotel room available if I needed one, so I couldn't pass it up," Kim Kamenicky said.
They consider themselves lucky since tickets seem hard to come by. The Cincinnati Bengals are warning fans to beware of counterfeit tickets. One of Cincinnati's TV stations is reporting that the business 333-SEAT can turn away fans trying to buy tickets with a 412 area code.
"I think they're afraid of Steelers Nation coming out to the game," Kim said.
"That's just crazy people try to rip people off like that when paying that money. I would be so upset if that happened to us," Brian said.

The newlyweds just got married in June.
They had a Steelers cake topper and sent out Steelers-themed save the dates. They even had a Steelers-themed wedding, so black and gold is in their blood.
They say they're ready for whatever comes at them.
