BETHEL PARK (KDKA) -- The search continues for a missing woman originally from Bethel Park. Her car was found Wednesday evening at the West Library Road Park and Ride lot and T-stop.
Bethel Park officials have called off the search for the night for Diane Bragg Chotta. Bloodhounds were working for hours trying to track her path, but where she is remains a mystery.
When she left her mother's home in Bethel Park, two days after Christmas, Chotta promised to be back.
"Left a note — 'I'll be back in a little while. Love Diane,'" said Ruth Pope, Chotta's mother.
Pope hasn't heard from her daughter since.
"She didn't even have a winter coat on," said Pope.
Chotta's brother, David Bragg, waited patiently at the West Library T-stop as rescuers were searching for clues after Diane's silver Buick was found.
"The last scent was to her car, which is weird because why do you go to your car and not take your car? Your car is still here," said Bragg.
He said his sister left her car at that T-stop while she went drinking at 'My Place' Bar down the road in South Park.

"I don't even think she was meeting somebody. She was just going down there to see if there was anybody she knew, I guess," said Pope.
"Canines tracked her from the bar, down the T-tracks, to her car, and then they tried to see if there was a scent across the tracks further down, but they didn't pick up anything," said Bragg.
Bragg says surveillance video from the bar shows his sister leaving around 9 p.m.
"She walked out by herself and walked towards where her car was found," said Bragg.
The family said it is out of character for Chotta not to let anyone know where she is.
"We just want you home safe. We are worried. We love you," said Bragg.
"We love her and want her back," said Pope.
Chotta is 52-years-old. She was last seen wearing a burgundy sweatshirt, a light-blue jacket and dark jeans and was carrying a black purse. She is about 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighs approximately 110 pounds, has brown eyes and shoulder-length brown wavy hair.
Chotta also lived in Munhall and has ties to Crawford County
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Bethel Park Police at (412)-833-2000.
