Missing Ohio Man Last Seen In Clarion County Found Safe

CLARION, Pa. (KDKA) -- A missing Ohio man who was last seen in Clarion County has been found safe.
The Orrville Police Department said 21-year-old Samuel Dakota Richards, of Orrville, Ohio, was last heard from on Friday and was not found until late Sunday night.
Richards' mother told ExploreClarion.com that her son was in the Clarion area doing fundraising work and she spoke to him on the phone Friday night. He told her he was calling from a truck stop in Brookville and someone was taking him to a homeless shelter in Clarion.
Richards' mother told ExploreClarion.com she was reunited with her son around 11 p.m. Sunday after receiving a tip on his whereabouts from state police.
