1 Killed, 2 Injured In McKees Rocks Bridge Crash

STOWE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- One person was killed and two people were injured in a crash on the McKees Rocks Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
It happened around 3:20 p.m. on the Stowe Township portion of the bridge.
Allegheny County Police say a man driving a Buick LeSabre crossed over the center line and crashed into a Chevrolet Colorado.
The man driving the LeSabre was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Allegheny County medical examiner's office identified him as 19-year-old Rasaun Tyrec Cotton, of Pitcarn.
A woman who was in the front seat of the of the LeSabre was transported to a trauma center in critical condition.
A 57-year-old woman was driving the Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck. She was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. No one else was in her vehicle.
Investigators believe the driver of the LeSabre was speeding at the time of the crash.
The bridge was shut down for more than three hours while investigators were on the scene. It reopened in both directions around 7:20 p.m.
