McKees Rocks Children Located Safely, Amber Alert Canceled

The Pennsylvania State Police issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert at approximately 4:00 p.m. Friday after the four Copeland children were allegedly abducted on Carson Street in McKees Rocks.
