Police Seek Driver In South Side Slopes Hit-And-Run, Victim Critically Injured

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in the South Side Slopes on Wednesday night.
Police say the man was walking when he was struck by a car on Arlington Avenue just before 10 p.m.
He was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. The man's name has not been released, but he is believed to be in his 70s.
The car never stopped.
Police say the vehicle was white, but they have no other description.

Detectives are asking the driver to come forward.
