Man Stabbed During Fight In South Side Flats
SOUTH SIDE FLATS (KDKA) -- A man was stabbed in the chest during a fight in South Side Flats early Sunday morning.
According to police, around 3:10 a.m., officers responded to a report that a person had been stabbed in the 2000-block of Sarah Street. At the scene, police found a 30-year-old man who had a stab wound to his chest. The victim was sent to UPMC Mercy. He is reported to be in stable condition.

Police suspect the victim and another man were confronted by two unknown men as they were leaving Walker's Pub. The suspects began a physical fight, during which the victim was stabbed. The suspects got away in a brown or tan SUV.
The investigation is ongoing.
