Man Shot During Suspected Domestic Dispute Alive, Despite Earlier Reports
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man who was reported as fatally shot in a Lawrence County domestic incident Sunday night is actually alive.
Initial reports and the police complaint indicated that 50-year-old Joseph Lupo was killed when he was shot in the head during what is suspected to be a domestic dispute late Sunday night.
However, police said Tuesday night that he was in the hospital in critical condition.
Lupo's wife, 50-year-old Caroline Lupo was also shot in the abdomen and leg.
Caroline Lupo was taken to the hospital in serious condition following the incident.
