Man Kicks State Trooper While Being Arrested For DUI
INDIANA COUNTY (KDKA) -- A man kicked a state trooper as he was being placed under arrest for DUI in Brush Valley Township on Saturday afternoon.
It happened just before 12:30 p.m. on Snyder Road.
State police say 57-year-old Bradley Hay, of Rockwood was driving erratically on SR-56. Troopers pulled Hay over, and he was found to be intoxicated.
According to state police, as troopers were attempting to place Hay under arrest, he resisted and kicked one of the troopers.
He was then taken into custody. He is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault, resisting arrest and DUI.
