State police in Ross Township raided the home on Friday. They say they found nude pictures and video of the girl on a computer in the home.
Investigators say the alleged incidents happened between 2007 and 2009 in several locations including Allegheny, Butler, Erie and Forest counties as well as four other places out of state.
Morgan has been arraigned and was sent to the Butler County Prison to be held under $500,000 bond. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim or her family.
