Man Facing Charges In Alleged Parkway East Assault
PITTSBURGH (KDKA/AP) -- State police say a Pittsburgh man is facing charges in the alleged attempted assault of a woman along the Parkway East overnight.
According to state police, the alleged incident happened after midnight in an emergency parking area just east of the Grant Street exit.
Investigators say 51-year-old Andrew Humbles is facing criminal attempt rape, indecent assault and simple assault charges.
He was arraigned early this morning.
According to the Associated Press, police say the alleged victim was taken to a local hospital.
