Man Facing Charges After South Side Bar Stabbing
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man is facing charges after two people were stabbed in a fight at a bar on Pittsburgh's South Side.
Investigators say Luis Carde Freiria is facing several charges, including aggravated assault, in the incident.
He's accused in the stabbing of an off-duty employee early Saturday morning inside Levelz Sports Lounge.
According to witnesses, Freiria got into an argument with Jay Barbour when Barbour told him to put out his cigarette.
Barbour was stabbed in his stomach and was last listed in critical condition.
Another man was stabbed in the hand when he tried to break up the fight.
Levelz is a bar that police say has had trouble before.
