Man Dies In Interstate 79 Accident
CECIL TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – One person was killed in an accident on Interstate 79 in Washington County Tuesday morning.
According to the Washington County Coroner's Office, the accident happened on the southbound side of the road near mile marker 46.5 in Cecil Township.
The victim has been identified as James Becker, 49, of Canonsburg.
Becker lost control of the vehicle and rolled several times after crossing through the median.
Police believe speed was a factor in the crash.
