Man Charged With Recording Women Headed To Trial On Additional Charges
GREENSBURG (KDKA) -- A Jeannette man accused of videotaping teen girls in a local tanning salon is now headed to trial on additional charges.
Jesse Macklin, 29, waived his preliminary hearing this morning on a child pornography charge.
Macklin is currently awaiting trial on charges that he crawled into the rafters at the Sun Kissed Tanning Salon in East Huntingdon and allegedly videotaped girls as they were getting undressed.
He's also accused of posting those videos on the Internet.
