Man Charged After Dispute Over Damaged Backhoe

RUFFS DALE (KDKA) - Police say a man was charged with aggravated Assault after a dispute over a damaged backhoe.
Kyle Lee, 20, of Ruffs Dale, was charged after police say he shot his neighbor in a dispute over a damaged backhoe.
When the neighbor banged on Lee's door, police say Lee fired a shotgun through the door.
Shotgun pellets hit the neighbor in the leg.
The neighbor is expected to be okay.
