Man Arrested At 'Today' Show With 'Clinton Is A Rapist' Sign
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police were called to the "Today" Show after a fan was busted with a "Clinton is a rapist" sign.
The NY Daily News reports the fan took off his sweater to reveal a T-Shirt adorned with a picture of the former president and the words "Clinton is a rapist."
A picture from the show appears to show the man holding a sign with the words on it.
Mark Gallagher, 23, was reportedly charged with criminal trespass for the incident.
The paper reports Gallagher entered a fenced-in area where fans gather behind the hosts.
Political statements and profanity are prohibited according the "Today" show website.
The paper says when the man took off the sweater security was called, when he refused to leave, officers responded and arrested him.
Gallagher appeared in court Friday where charges were dismissed if he stays out of trouble for six months.
