Man Allegedly Exposes Self To Drivers On Route 22
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A local man is facing charges for allegedly exposing himself to drivers on a busy highway in Westmoreland County.
State police say the suspect, Ryan Browne, 40, of Johnstown, was driving westbound on Route 22 in Salem Township when he would slow down and fondle himself while looking at other drivers.
This happened at about 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to state police, Browne did this to three drivers – two men and a woman – who were all driving tractor trailers on the same stretch of Route 22 near Hannastown Road.
State police say that because Browne was looking at the drivers, he apparently wanted them to watch him.
He is facing charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness.
