Make A Wish Brings Hawaii To Cranberry Girl's Backyard
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - A local girl's wish was to see Hawaii.
She's not well enough to make the trip, so the Make A Wish Foundation brought Hawaii to her.
Adeline Malak, of Cranberry, had a brain tumor removed last year.
Every day she's getting stronger and thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation, she has plenty to enjoy right in her own back yard.
On Tuesday, they set up a trampoline, swing set and Hawaiian-themed patio set.
It was much more than her parents could have asked for:
"For her to be so sick for the last year and for her to know there's something for her to wish for, anything she wants and it is the thing we have been able to talk about and hang on to and its made a really rough year phenomenal," Adeline's mother, Rachel Malak, said.
"I have to say thank you so much because this made my dream come true," Adeline Malak said.
Adeline wants everyone to make a donation to Make A Wish Foundation to help make another child's dream come true.
